Is there a retail store where I can try the garments on?

Unfortunately, we don’t have a retail store. If you are local and would like to try a garment on, we have some styles and sizes available at our Edmonton office. Please email sales@northlandworkwear.com to let us know what day and time you would like to stop by.

How long does it take to receive my order?

Orders of Stock Items typically take 1-3 business days to be processed and shipped out. Sometimes there are delays due to busy seasons, sales, or holidays. Please allow for extra processing time in these cases. If custom imprinting or embroidery is added to the garments, please allow up to 7 business days for order to be shipped. 

Custom orders typically take 2-3 weeks to be made and shipped. 

How will my order ship?

Orders will be shipped via Ground and delivered through Canada Post, Purolator, or Canpar. We can also schedule shipping through your preferred logistics provider.

I am local.  Can I pickup my order?

Yes. Once your order is packed, you will receive an email notification that it’s ready for pick up. Please do not come to pick up your order unless you have received the confirmation email.

How will I know if items are in stock?
