Our business started with a vision in utilizing digital technology to provide high quality, consistent and fast embroidery services to the Edmonton market. In 1989, our founder’s: husband and wife Huy and Nga Huynh, emptied their savings, took out a loan, and opened a small embroidery shop on the east side of the city called Northland Embroidery and Crest. Over the years our team’s relentless work ethic, helped grow our embroidery footprint and expanded our portfolio of services to include screen printing, heat press imprinting, cresting, applique and artwork digitization services. Come 2003, in the midst of a energy sector boom in Northern Alberta, we recognized the increasing demand for high quality, locally manufactured safety garments. With a market that was under-supplied, we decided to take Northland on a whole new venture: manufacturing and supplying the local energy sector with the highest quality and durable protective garments. With our success in manufacturing protective uniforms, we have gradually shifted the main focus of our business while still taking pride in providing the same efficient and reliable imprinting services our customers have come to expect.
